After Thumbtack's VP of People, Justin Angsuwat, introduced Balloon to his team, the platform transformed Thumbtack's hiring standards from an opaque, slow process to one that is clear, efficient, and bias-free.
A few months after the People team ran their first flight, our team sat down with Matt Burke of Thumbtack's People Programs to chat about how their experience with Balloon was progressing.
