Google Cloud surfaces insights all year long with Balloon

Usually, Google would only gather its huge workforce in one room and engage its thousands of team members to solve specific problems during its annual Googlegeist event. Once Google Cloud's VP of Marketing, Carol Carpenter, brought Balloon to the company, however, Google Cloud was able to surface vital insights and ideas all year long.

"I'd say around the element of time is the key constraint for all of us in terms of how many hours we can work, how much time we spend in meetings, and how much time we can devote to decision making, improving culture, and building trust," said Carpenter. "So we've used Balloon to help us surface ideas and answer key questions about how can we be more productive in a new, efficient way."
